What you will do

  • Manage partners as the primary commercial point of contact within an assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Drive partner sales growth by selling-to and selling-through existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Own the sales cycle (open to close), qualify accounts, build pipeline, and meet quarterly annual sales goals.
  • Develop territory and account plans, provide accurate forecasting (monthly, quarterly, yearly), and report key metrics such as renewals, churn, and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation while ensuring pricing, margins, and terms meet hirify.global standards.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and delivery of products/services to ensure client requirements are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

  • German speaking ability required.
  • 6 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of client business models.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industry.
