Salary: $157,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end month-end close processes, including GL, intercompany, and allocations.
• Implement AI tools to improve close quality, variance reviews, and controls documentation.
• Lead cross-functional projects such as system implementations, audits, and new entity openings.
• Mentor junior team members and provide regular feedback for their professional growth.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Payroll to ensure project alignment.
• Drive process automation and scalability to prepare the company for future growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, expense allocations, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with multi-currency reporting across global entities.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, or similar accounting software.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, USA for hybrid office attendance.
• AI-forward mindset for improving accounting accuracy and speed.
