TL;DR

Full-Cycle Account Executive (SaaS/AI): Driving new business opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle for an AI-powered procurement platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline growth in the DACH market. Focus on qualifying opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing enterprise deals.

Location: Remote (Germany) or Hybrid (Heidelberg or Berlin). No visa support or relocation provided.

Salary: Competitive offer including ESOPs.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage new prospects within the DACH market through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to contract signature.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations using the platform's demo environment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers on technical discussions, solution design, and customer evaluations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Contribute feedback to improve go-to-market strategy and internal sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and generate business opportunities from scratch.
  • Professional fluency in German and English.
  • Must be based in Germany (No visa support or relocation).
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, procurement, or supply chain solutions.
  • Background in startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Experience with enterprise sales environments and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Proven track record of conducting product demonstrations.
