Virtual Events Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in New York, NY or Remote)

Salary: $79,000 – $121,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute original virtual events that drive lead generation.
• Coordinate platform setup, speaker preparation, and design of promotional materials.
• Manage promotional efforts across email, social media, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to organize event content.
• Monitor performance metrics to influence future campaign strategies.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure high-quality event production.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Experience in demand generation, field, or event management at a tech or SaaS company.
• Proven track record of managing programs independently.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Notion or Asana.
• Experience with virtual event technology and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Figma.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the fintech or finance industry.
• Background in high-growth startup environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales organizations.
