What you will do

• Co-create user flows and experience direction in close collaboration with PMs and engineers.
• Map complex information architecture and developer workflows into intuitive experience patterns.
• Build functional UX prototypes using React, HTML, CSS, and JS to behave like real product experiences.
• Utilize AI tools to generate engineering specs and implementation requirements from code diffs.
• Conduct practical, lightweight research including interviews, surveys, and UAT.
• Shape conceptual designs and UX architectures for new features and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in a Product company (agency/services experience alone is insufficient).
• Ability to build working UX prototypes in code (React, HTML/CSS/JS).
• Strong UX judgment in complex technical domains and ability to simplify aggressively.
• Experience collaborating deeply with engineers and stakeholders.
• AI Mindset: experimental and comfortable incorporating AI into design workflows.
• Proven maturity to influence design across multiple product teams.
