What you will do

• Lead design strategy for product squads, translating business goals into coherent design direction and roadmaps.
• Utilize AI-native workflows (Lovable, Claude, Cursor) to prototype and iterate directly in code.
• Define Agentic Experience patterns and develop scalable components for the Nexus design system.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through critique, guidance, and structured feedback.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and run experiments to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/Digital Product Design with a portfolio showcasing shipped work and measurable impact.
• Expertise in AI-native design tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems, including code components.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing other designers.
• Strong product and business thinking to connect design decisions to business outcomes.
• Excellent English communication and influence skills.
