What you will do

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and analysts to ship user-centered solutions that create measurable customer value.
• Translate commercial goals into design logic, define success metrics, and run experiments to demonstrate impact.
• Utilize AI-native workflows (Lovable, Claude, Cursor) to prototype and iterate directly in code rather than static mockups.
• Build production-ready components and test them with real users to ship directly to production with engineering support.
• Design and orchestrate AI-assisted interaction patterns, including multi-step flows and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Contribute to the Nexus design system by building and maintaining scalable code components.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design with a portfolio of shipped work and live prototypes.
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset: active use of tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, or Claude as a core part of the design process.
• Ability to read and critique React/HTML via AI-generated outputs or proficiency with no-code tools to ship directly.
• Strong systems thinking and a solid grasp of user-centered design principles for AI-driven experiences.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
