What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through delivery to ensure clarity and usability.
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for content lifecycle management, analytics dashboards, and creator tools.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate product requirements into solutions.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems and interaction patterns across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define and deliver impactful product solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy by applying strong product thinking and deep user empathy.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing consumer-grade SaaS or workflow-heavy digital products.
• Strong background in dashboard-based, analytics-driven, or data-intensive product experiences.
• Experience working in startup or early-stage environments with high ambiguity.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong visual design craft, attention to detail, and a systems-thinking mindset.

• Experience in creator economy, media, publishing, or content platforms.
