What you will do
- Execute sales strategies to convert hospital accounts to products in a highly competitive market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations with physicians, bio-medical engineers, and purchasing managers.
- Partner with distributors and OEM sales personnel to expand market reach.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to upper management.
- Participate in hospital bid tenders and manage territory expense budgets.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively position solutions against competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, preferably with patient monitoring systems.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Proven track record of selling disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals.
- Ability to manage a heavy travel schedule within the assigned territory.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
