Enterprise Architect (Client Reporting)

Location: North America; hybrid and flexible working model with travel as required.

Base salary: $168,500–$207,100 annually for Zone C; $178,000–$216,600 for Zone B; $196,000–$239,400 for Zone A, depending on work location and qualifications.

What you will do

• Set the architecture strategy for large-scale client reporting programs across analysis, design, integration, configuration, quality validation, and knowledge transfer.
• Define enterprise architecture for cloud-based data platforms, end-to-end data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Lead program planning, scope definition, resourcing, statements of work, governance forums, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Advise clients on reporting best practices, data management, change management, and implementation strategy.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and consultants.
• Develop reusable frameworks, technical methodologies, accelerators, and go-to-market propositions for the client reporting practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading full-lifecycle client reporting or data transformation implementations at enterprise scale.
• Experience with relational data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, or Oracle, plus data modeling, ETL/ELT, integration, data architecture, governance, and quality frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, XML, C#, .NET, or Assembly and the ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with client reporting platforms such as Seismic, Kurtosys, SimCorp Coric, FactSet Vermilion, or Assette.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Sigma.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of investment management systems, financial instruments, and front-, middle-, or back-office functions.
• Experience growing consulting engagements and developing client reporting propositions.
