What you will do

• Serve as the senior architecture authority for large-scale client reporting programs, overseeing end-to-end delivery from design to implementation.
• Advise executive-level clients on industry best practices, data management, and technology strategy.
• Define the enterprise architecture vision for cloud-based data platforms and complex data pipelines.
• Lead program planning, define scope and resourcing models, and manage program governance and risk mitigation.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and consultants.
• Drive the commercialization of the client reporting practice by developing internal accelerators and go-to-market propositions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting or Business Analysis.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale client reporting or data transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in relational data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server) and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with client reporting platforms like Seismic, SimCorp Coric, or FactSet Vermilion.
• Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
• Deep understanding of investment management functional areas (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
