TL;DR

Senior Technical Project Manager (Entertainment): Driving the execution of strategic cross-functional initiatives within the ticketing domain with an accent on planning frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ. Must have valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Salary: $117,000 - $132,750

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Manage critical PMO artifacts including Program Plans and RAID registers.
  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple technical and business teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) to improve predictability and transparency.
  • Facilitate alignment discussions to resolve execution gaps between Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Mentor other Project Managers and contribute to organizational delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, program management, or agile delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency with program management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid).
  • Valid US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
