Salary: $104,400 - $135,700 CAD

What you will do

• Drive design initiatives for the MyAdmin platform, focusing on billing, device management, and support tickets.
• Lead discovery and research to create user personas and journey maps to optimize the customer experience.
• Build and maintain a scalable component library and design system documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Mentor junior designers and promote design as a strategic asset within the organization.
• Conduct user testing and analysis to identify and resolve user pain points.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude Code, Lovable, UX Pilot).
• Deep knowledge of design systems and the ability to scale component libraries.
• Working understanding of front-end development (React, HTML, CSS) for effective engineering collaboration.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to travel within the USA and Europe.
