Salary: $100,000–$135,000 CAD (Ontario) / $78,000–$98,000 USD (Illinois/Colorado)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for a specific product area, delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal SMEs to define problems and influence product priorities.
• Utilize research, analytics, and stakeholder insights to guide data-informed design decisions.
• Create necessary design outputs including concepts, user flows, prototypes, and detailed designs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and present design rationale in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Design experiences across web, mobile, and Microsoft add-ins to optimize legal workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with shipped products.
• Experience owning design direction and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience designing for web, mobile, and Microsoft add-ins.
• Strong understanding of UX research and the ability to apply insights to design.
• Ability to clearly present design rationale and manage cross-functional feedback.
• Must be based in Toronto, Denver, or Chicago.

Nice to have

• Experience elevating design quality within evolving design practices.
• Knowledge of AI design principles and interest in agentic product design.
• Previous experience in the LegalTech industry.
• Experience using Replit or similar prototyping tools.
