Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing AI-driven drafting tools and intelligent template automation for a legal workspace with an accent on simplifying complex substantive tasks and accelerating document output. Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec). Hybrid expectation (minimum 2 days per week) for those located near hubs such as Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney.

Salary: $128,400 – $173,600 CAD

What you will do

• Define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end design from vision crafting and prototyping to testing and polished execution.
• Build strong customer intuition through direct engagement and advocate for user needs in cross-functional decision-making.
• Raise the quality bar for interaction design, ensuring experiences are polished, accessible, and cohesive.
• Contribute to the design system by identifying gaps and influencing consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Mentor team members through constructive critique and example to raise the overall execution bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United States.
• Experience designing AI-powered features and a strong understanding of generative AI and machine learning applications.
• Strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini, Figma Make).
• Ability to translate deep customer insights into actionable design direction.
