What you will do

• Manage Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring cost-effective and quality service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating their interests and managing day-to-day relations.
• Investigate equipment logs and DAS issues, collaborating with Software, SDC, and Spare Parts teams to resolve problems.
• Schedule and manage approved contractors, including the control of invoices and payments.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities and attend sites to investigate complex technical issues.
• Develop and implement project management plans, coordinating required resources and work execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering (with 2+ years of experience) or a Master's degree.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
