What you will do

• Design and implement turbine control systems including hardware and application engineering on the hirify.global DNA DCS platform.
• Lead project teams to ensure technical integrity and adherence to project schedules.
• Participate in all project phases including in-house testing and on-site commissioning.
• Coordinate project activities and manage customer expectations.
• Conduct site audits for retrofit projects and produce as-built documentation.
• Support service teams with maintenance tasks post-project completion.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Gliwice or Wrocław, Poland.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automation control systems (DCS, SCADA, or PLC).
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in automation or a related field.
• Knowledge of gas, steam, or hydro turbine processes and control.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time.
• Valid B category driving license.
