What you will do

• Lead the Group’s Service department and oversee all fleet operations.
• Support the EPC team during the end-of-construction phase for new power plants.
• Manage and resolve fleet issues to maintain optimal plant performance.
• Supervise external O&M contractors and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee departmental budgets, invoicing, and financial accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including owners, off-takers, and financiers to ensure reporting and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Proven leadership experience in asset management and operations and maintenance (AM & OM).
• Expertise in project management within the renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency in economic analysis and maintenance management.
• Experience with assets such as Wind, PV, BESS, and H2.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish or other European languages.
• Experience leading high-performing global teams.
