Location: Based in Munich, Germany. Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance offered. Up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of FDEs delivering production systems using frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes through clarity, speed, coordination, and technical quality.
• Codify successful practices into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs for hirify.global and developer community.
• Identify and raise early indicators in product, customer environments, or delivery practices.
• Provide direct feedback to elevate individual and team performance.
• Define scalable staffing and support for field teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• Experience leading high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production.
• Write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend using Javascript or Python.
• Simplify complex work and make fast decisions under pressure.
• Operate with urgency in ambiguous environments and translate field experience into feedback for Product/Research.
• Build team trust through calm, focus, and judgment.
