Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid: up to two remote days per week, office presence in Warsaw encouraged).
Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 PLN/month.

What you will do
- Partner with team leads on strategic workforce planning and defining hiring priorities.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Conduct HR interviews and assess role requirements to build a strong candidate network.
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to strengthen talent attraction in Poland.
- Represent the company externally to build brand presence in the Polish market.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic or global environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
- Strong understanding of the Polish market.
