What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define position specifications and recruitment strategies.
• Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, social media, and deep web techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates regarding search status and market trends.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven experience recruiting for GTM (Go-To-Market) positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in deep web sourcing and recruitment technologies.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to navigate complex hiring conversations.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for hybrid office attendance.
