What you will do

• Identify training and development needs and propose tailored solutions to support employee growth
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with business needs
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions
• Coordinate with external vendors such as training providers and recruitment agencies
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Support managers with people-related matters and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in training design and delivery
• Proven experience in talent acquisition
• English: min. B2/C1 required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive team player with good organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
