📍 Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

, an AI company working with global clients and partners such as Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for technical roles and help shape the company’s People & Culture agenda.

Responsibilities
— Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Software Engineers, and Data Engineers
— Partner closely with Hiring Managers and technical interviewers on hiring strategies and assessments
— Proactively source passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines
— Optimize ATS workflows (Traffit), leverage AI and automation, and turn hiring metrics into actionable insights
— Deliver an excellent candidate experience and support onboarding and offboarding processes
— Drive employer branding initiatives, Talent Programs, and early-career activities
— Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and organizational projects

Requirements
— 3+ years of end-to-end IT/Tech recruitment experience hiring technical talent
— Strong sourcing expertise and deep understanding of the IT/AI talent market
— Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and technical stakeholders
— Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with ATS and reporting tools
— Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
— Fluent Polish and English

Nice to have
— Experience in growing tech companies, scale-ups, or software houses
— International recruitment experience
— Experience with internships and graduate hiring programs
— Familiarity with Gallup / CliftonStrengths
