What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for professional and technical roles.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition to drive best practices and process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Leverage data, market insights, and new technologies to influence hiring outcomes and streamline workflows.
- Support employer branding and university relations activities to build a robust talent pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be based in or able to work from Krakow, Poland.
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in improving hiring outcomes.
