What you will do
- Partner with sellers and sales leaders to understand field needs and deliver training, best practices, tools, and practical enablement assets.
- Build and scale onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific enablement programs.
- Develop training, content, and certifications that improve field performance and sales readiness.
- Work cross-functionally with GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn strategy into field execution.
- Adapt enablement programs as the company scales, including the use of AI and new approaches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across GTM enablement, sales, or other revenue-focused roles in modern SaaS.
- Strong field and customer-facing experience, including quota ownership, customer relationship management, or direct accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Ability to build credibility with sellers, identify tactical needs, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work on-site in London.

- Experience applying or navigating AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts.
- Experience building or scaling high-quality training programs.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
