TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Ads Solutions (AI): Leading and scaling hirify.global's advertising business across EMEA with an accent on revenue growth and strategic advertiser relationships. Location: Must be based in the London or Dublin office (Hybrid: 3 days per week). Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Partners and Customer Success Managers across EMEA.
  • Formulate and execute regional expansion strategies, including country prioritization and partner strategy.
  • Own regional revenue goals and business performance across multiple international markets.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Serve as the voice of the EMEA market by providing insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Establish scalable processes and playbooks to enable growth across diverse segments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or technology commercial leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience leading high-performing sales, account management, or revenue teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses across international markets.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across the EMEA region.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and comfort using analytics to inform business decisions.
