• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase company impact.
• Plan and shape feasible account strategies to drive client value and business growth.
• Manage day-to-day client needs, including onboarding, rotations, and timely communications.
• Lead people by connecting company goals with client requirements and individual aspirations.
• Oversee commercial management, create SOWs, and proactively minimize revenue leakage.
• Source and build delivery teams tailored to client needs and skill requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic account management and relationship building.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and managing contracts.
• Experience in people leadership and managing delivery team expectations.
• Ability to act as a trusted point of escalation for clients and delivery teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK
