What you will do
- Deliver expansion sales across the UKI enterprise install base to consistently overachieve revenue quotas.
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives through structured coaching and targeted hiring.
- Position as a strategic partner in AI-powered CX transformation to drive solution adoption.
- Develop account expansion strategies to increase platform adoption, contract value, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and deal strategy for large-scale, multi-year enterprise opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to accelerate customer value.
Requirements
- Multiple years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Deep experience in account expansion, upselling, and managing multi-year deal cycles.
- Proficiency with structured sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Based in the United Kingdom with strong knowledge of the UKI enterprise market.
