TL;DR

What you will do

  • Deliver expansion sales across the UKI enterprise install base to consistently overachieve revenue quotas.
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives through structured coaching and targeted hiring.
  • Position hirify.global as a strategic partner in AI-powered CX transformation to drive solution adoption.
  • Develop account expansion strategies to increase platform adoption, contract value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and deal strategy for large-scale, multi-year enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to accelerate customer value.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Deep experience in account expansion, upselling, and managing multi-year deal cycles.
  • Proficiency with structured sales methodologies, specifically MEDDPICC.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Based in the United Kingdom with strong knowledge of the UKI enterprise market.
