What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of UK projects from site selection through due diligence, concept design, entitlement, and pre-construction handover.
• Oversee the preparation of design and pre-construction packages for transition to Construction Project Management teams.
• Translate EMEA strategy into actionable UK development plans and validate business cases and underwriting inputs.
• Coordinate across development, design, delivery, operations, sales, finance, and legal teams.
• Manage relationships with landowners, consultants, contractors, utilities, and local authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of development managers and project professionals in the UK.

Requirements

• Significant experience in data center, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, including land acquisition, planning, and design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, including experience supporting underwriting and business case development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Degree in engineering, construction, real estate, or a related discipline preferred.
