What you will do

• Serve as the regional mechanical technical authority, providing subject matter expertise for cooling, airside, and hydronic systems.
• Define and drive mechanical operations philosophy, including SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
• Provide technical escalation support during incidents to ensure rapid recovery and risk mitigation.
• Review high-impact maintenance activities and contractor RAMS to ensure system availability.
• Provide operational input to design, construction, and commissioning phases for new and existing facilities.
• Lead lifecycle management for mechanical assets, including repair strategies and capital planning.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in data centers or critical environments.
• Strong expertise in the design, maintenance, and operation of critical mechanical systems like chillers, CRAH/CRAC, and cooling towers.
• Proven experience in delivering complex technical projects and managing third-party experts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field is preferred, though equivalent experience is considered.
