What you will do

• Lead the full design lifecycle for hyperscale data center projects from due diligence to turnover.
• Coordinate design activities across internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee BIM, model coordination, clash detection, and federated model reviews.
• Manage planning, permitting, and regulatory requirements across European markets.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, digital standards, and safety-in-design.
• Provide technical leadership on design change control, value engineering, and commercial impacts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering highly serviced buildings, ideally hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Expert knowledge of design and construction processes, planning, and permitting across European markets.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and ICT systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with BIM, CDE/EDMS systems, and Navisworks.
• Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across disciplines and cultures.
