What you will do

• Manage the design delivery of civil engineering work packages within budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate between design and construction teams to ensure a seamless flow of information.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and financial performance against forecasts.
• Apply risk assessment techniques and HAZOP analysis to ensure safe and environmentally responsible design.
• Supervise team members, including graduates and apprentices, while supporting bid and tender preparation.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are effectively communicated and met.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and NEC3 contract experience.
• Broad design engineering experience within the infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency with ProjectWise and Bentley Systems software.
• Professional Institution membership.
