What you will do

• Provide leadership to multi-departmental teams for the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Manage enabling works including mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation, and utility supplies.
• Maintain overall project budget and schedule, ensuring all targets are met within approved objectives.
• Coordinate with statutory undertakers to align works with project phasing and contractor requirements.
• Implement efficient document control procedures for drawings, RFIs, and project directives.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies across all field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Management required.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure construction project management and utility coordination in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, mass grading, and environmental mitigation.
• Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PDF tools like Bluebeam.
• Ability to manage complex budgets, cash flow, and contract negotiations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, UK, with regular travel across the UK.

Nice to have

• SIA licensing or relevant executive security certifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
