What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for enabling and public utilities infrastructure, from planning and scope development to commissioning and closeout.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and statutory undertakers to ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage financial accounting, including budget tracking, cash flow, cost control, and change order management.
• Oversee project safety and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement efficient document control and prepare project documentation, including best practices and lessons learned.
• Coordinate field operations, ensuring operational continuity of existing facilities during construction activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in infrastructure design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of enabling infrastructure methods, including mass grading, water management, and utilities.
• Experience coordinating with UK utility statutory undertakers.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Excel) and technical documentation tools (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Ability to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally internationally.
