What you will do
- Determine and implement strategic plans for engaging prospects and existing customers to meet annual sales quotas.
- Create and present ROI-driven value propositions tailored to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with presales, solution consulting, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize customer outcomes.
- Guide sales opportunities through the entire cycle from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Analyze customer technology environments and market trends to maintain expertise on customer strategies.
- Conduct regular discovery sessions and presentations to advance customer decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Extensive consultative experience in large enterprise software sales with a track record of $500K+ deals.
- Proven background in supply chain management (SCM) solutions.
- Experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
- Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers through new business development.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
