What you will do

• Own and drive the strategic roadmap for insurance-related products.
• Implement growth, engagement, and monetization strategies to increase customer value.
• Conduct user research and leverage quantitative data to identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience in consumer-focused products.
• Previous experience in insurance technology or financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in driving user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Strong analytical skills including A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
