What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the German accounting expansion, defining what to build and the sequence of delivery.
• Develop deep expertise in German accounting workflows and the DATEV ecosystem to ensure local market fit.
• Execute the German accounting strategy by evaluating build-vs-partner options based on customer needs.
• Integrate AI tools (Claude, Notion AI, Dust) as a product lever to automate accounting tasks.
• Lead a high-autonomy squad, shipping features independently without extensive approval chains.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in German accounting, including experience working with accounting-tech companies.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of scaling products from 0 to 1.
• Native or professional fluency in German to navigate the intensely local accounting landscape.
• Strong professional English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration across European teams.
• AI-native approach to workflows, using intelligence tools for research, analysis, and specification writing.
