What you will do

• Own key conversion metrics, focusing on conversion-to-purchase and incremental revenue growth.
• Optimize every user touchpoint from the first ad impression to the completed payment.
• Run high-velocity product experiments and A/B tests to improve acquisition efficiency at scale.
• Design onboarding and activation flows tailored to user intent, channel source, and behavioral profiles.
• Apply UX and sales psychology techniques like scarcity, urgency, and personalization to reduce decision friction.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to develop value-driven offers and analyze behavioral funnels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or customer lifecycle roles.
• Deep expertise in subscription-based business models and sales funnel optimization.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue in digital products.
• Strong analytical background with proficiency in growth models and payment data analysis.
• Experience implementing successful warm-up strategies and A/B testing.
• Location: Must be residing in Europe (specifically mentioned: Poland, Cyprus, Portugal, Serbia, Spain).
