Salary: £131,000 - 175,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Define and lead the partnerships strategy across subscriptions, rewards, and customer propositions to deliver commercial value.
- Build and scale strategic relationships with major consumer brands, subscription providers, and commercial partners.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing customer outcomes, commercial performance, and operational excellence.
- Use data and insights to evaluate partnership performance and shape future investment decisions.
- Collaborate with Product teams to embed partnerships seamlessly into customer journeys.
- Lead and develop a high-performing partnerships team, creating the necessary operating model and governance.
Requirements
- Strong track record of building and leading strategic partnerships within fintech, banking, or complex consumer technology industries.
- Significant experience managing senior-level relationships with major brands, platforms, or merchants.
- Expertise in leading complex commercial negotiations from strategy and structuring through to execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to shape strategy and evaluate performance.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-moving environments.
