What you will do

• Own a portfolio of financial services partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing account management.
• Develop and execute partner-level strategies to identify new distribution channels and improve commercial terms.
• Negotiate complex contracts and commercial arrangements to align member benefits with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to deliver joint campaigns that drive member engagement.
• Ensure all partner activities comply with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty regulatory frameworks.
• Use data and KPIs to monitor category performance and inform strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnerships or account management within Fintech, B2C financial services, or price comparison.
• Track record in digital-first or app-led businesses, collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of negotiating complex partnerships that deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with FCA regulation and Consumer Duty.
• Analytical approach to decision-making based on data and KPIs.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working in Leicestershire or London.
