Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be based in the UK and attend offices in either Leicestershire (HQ) or London (Holborn). Fully remote work is not available.

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of financial services partnerships, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Develop and execute partner-level strategies to identify new distribution channels and improve commercial terms.
- Negotiate complex contracts and commercial arrangements to align member benefits with business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to deliver joint campaigns that drive member engagement.
- Ensure all partner activities comply with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty regulatory frameworks.
- Use data and KPIs to monitor category performance and inform strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships or account management within Fintech, B2C financial services, or price comparison.
- Track record in digital-first or app-led businesses, collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of negotiating complex partnerships that deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with FCA regulation and Consumer Duty.
- Analytical approach to decision-making based on data and KPIs.
- Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working in Leicestershire or London.
