What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to secure and grow marketplace business.
• Manage complex tri-party relationships between hirify.global, PCWs, and lenders.
• Drive revenue targets for the marketplace from both lender and PCW channels.
• Champion innovation by identifying market opportunities, requirements, and competitive threats.
• Engage with economic buyers and coordinate stakeholders across GTM, pricing, and business units.
• Lead, develop, and retain high-performing talent within the team.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record in commercial strategy.
• Expert knowledge of the financial price comparison market.
• Deep experience in P&L management within complex environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• High numeracy and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Must be based in London to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.
