TL;DR
Product Manager (AI): Leading product strategy and evolution for AI-powered Redaction and Digital Evidence Management platforms with an accent on customer insight and commercial awareness. Focus on defining roadmaps, translating strategy into product backlogs, and delivering differentiated software enhancements in the Public Safety sector.
Location: Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more (Home-based with travel to offices in Chippenham, London, and Hemel Hempstead)
Salary: GBP 50,000 - 60,000 monthly

What you will do
- Define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Translate high-level strategy into commercially sound product backlogs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Engage regularly with customers through workshops and user groups to gather insights and drive innovation.
- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to optimize product positioning and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor product performance via KPIs and provide reporting on roadmap progress and product health.
Requirements
- Must have lived in the UK for 5 consecutive years or more to meet strict security clearance requirements.
- Degree or equivalent in a business or technical discipline.
- Proven track record in Product Management within the technology industry.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to perform accurate ROI calculations.
- Excellent research skills for analyzing competitors, markets, and customer requirements.
