What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI and ML platform capabilities.
• Translate complex platform and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Drive the adoption and usability of internal AI platform tools and workflows across various teams.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from initial concept through launch and iteration.
• Utilize data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate performance and inform prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to build scalable, reliable, and secure AI/ML systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product initiatives.
• Experience delivering technical products or platform capabilities, specifically within GenAI, machine learning, or developer platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide strategy and measure outcomes.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly technical and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD degree in a technical discipline.
• Previous experience in technical roles such as software engineering or machine learning science.
• Proven ability to take products from early-stage concepts to scaled adoption.
• Deep understanding of platform operational considerations like reliability and scalability.
