Location: Hybrid. Expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap for hirify.global Grow's client intake.
• Lead the development of AI tools for capturing, screening, and booking leads.
• Champion product-led growth through intuitive onboarding and automation solutions.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and develop unbiased business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales) to ship features end-to-end.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
• Proven experience building and managing AI-driven products using machine learning capabilities.
• Background as a practicing lawyer, in legal operations, or building legal tech solutions is a significant asset.
• Track record of owning and shipping mission-critical products at scale.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategy under uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
