AI Product Manager (AI): Developing the inference layer for a customer intent platform with an accent on model quality, measurement, and the semantic layer. Focus on defining the model north star, operationalising quality bars, and translating complex AI capabilities into trustworthy customer outputs.

Location: Hybrid (London) - Based in the London office 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and vision for IntentAI, aligning model predictions with commercial value and ROI.
• Harmonise the Intent Semantic Layer across device and cloud signals for a consistent view of human context.
• Set and operationalise quality standards for models (precision, recall, lift, drift) and ensure continuous monitoring.
• Create compelling narratives to explain the semantic layer's differentiation to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to turn AI research into reliable, shipped products.
• Ensure model outputs are trustworthy and explainable to remove "black box" objections for enterprise buyers.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in the modelling stack: supervised learning, propensity, uplift, embeddings, and LLM-based systems.
• Strong metrics-driven approach with expertise in precision, recall, lift, AUC, and drift.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business narratives.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week).
