What you will do

• Build AI-forward tooling for investigating malicious users
• Develop infrastructure to detect novel misuse of hirify.global’s services
• Lead full stack systems to prevent policy violations
• Use data to understand user needs and guide product development
• Collaborate with product, safety, policy, user operations, finance, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or relocate to London, UK
• 10+ years of product management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience driving product vision in technical environments
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
