What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines to deliver high-quality candidate slates.
• Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor other Recruiters and team members to drive service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for IT and Technology roles.
• Significant recruitment experience within a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
