What you will do

• Develop regional B2B marketing strategies to increase sales and strengthen partnerships in the ASEAN region.
• Plan and execute targeted multichannel campaigns aligned with the Regional Business Plan and overall company strategy.
• Lead B2B initiatives including trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, and partner motivation programs.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI to recommend efficiency improvements and optimize financial outcomes.
• Localize marketing materials and tools to meet specific regional market needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Sales teams to enhance brand presence and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven track record in planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches.
• Deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the full marketing mix.
• Willingness to travel across ASEAN countries.
• Background in the security industry is a strong advantage.
