What you will do

• Define digital strategies and design new customer experiences and journeys for clients.
• Design digital business and operating models to optimize marketing, sales, and service functions.
• Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage core practice areas and drive campaigns for new business development.
• Lead, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment for a small group of consultants.
• Contribute to industry knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience within a management consultancy firm.
• Background in Strategy, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and Customer Analytics.
• Experience with digital analytical solutions such as Adobe and Google Ad Manager.
• Dutch language proficiency is mandatory (non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
