TL;DR
Senior Manager, ABM & Integrated Campaigns (Cybersecurity): Designing and executing multi-channel account-based marketing programs to accelerate pipeline generation and deepen customer engagement with an accent on high-priority accounts and strategic target segments. Focus on building reusable ABM playbooks, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and driving executive engagement with CISOs.
Location: New York (Hybrid setup suggested by home office stipend)

What you will do
- Own ABM strategy from the ground up, managing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions for strategic targets.
- Design and execute coordinated multi-channel integrated campaigns to accelerate deal velocity and pipeline.
- Build and launch technical assets in HubSpot, including workflows, nurture journeys, and landing pages.
- Map buying groups and personalize engagement sequences for personas such as CISOs, Security Architects, and IT Directors.
- Measure account penetration, pipeline influence, and ROI to optimize budget allocation and vendor management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to translate commercial priorities into measurable motions.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in ABM and integrated campaign leadership.
- Must be based in New York to meet location and business travel requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and major ABM platforms.
- Analytically rigorous approach with comfort using SQL and attribution measurement.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security buying groups and compliance-driven evaluation cycles.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a cybersecurity company or marketing to security/IT buyers.
- Experience running executive engagement programs such as roundtables, private dinners, or advisory boards.
