What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, operating systems, and custom applications.
• Ensure minimum downtime and optimal performance through proactive planning, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various platforms.
• Implement system backups and recovery processes according to disaster recovery strategies.
• Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring accurate records of hardware, software, and licensing.
• Provide first-line support and orientation for end-users via an internal ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration of systems, networks, and cloud providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.
• Industry certifications in ITIL and relevant cloud, network, or hardware vendors are mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Experience with cloud provisioning, identity management, and network monitoring.
• Knowledge of centralized security tools, patch management, and anti-malware solutions.
